NEW ACCORDIONS: petosa, Americana, Giulietti, Anacleto, Bugari, Bugari Evo, Roland and most other brands of new accordions ship for a prorated $99 to the continental United States.  Most new Hohner accordions ship with pre-paid shipping costs - if returned pre-paid shipping costs are non-refundable.  Shipping to non-continental US addresses will be calculated at checkout or supplied at the time of order.  All shipments are certifiably packaged and insured.  petosa accordions covers and handles all insurance claims for anything that we ship and will provide a quick and efficient solution if your order is damaged in any way at no cost to you.

CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED ACCORDIONS: all Certified Pre-owned accordions ship for a prorated $49 to the continental United States.   Shipping to non-continental US addresses will be calculated at checkout or supplied at the time of order.  All shipments are certifiably packaged and insured.  petosa accordions covers and handles all insurance claims for anything that we ship and will provide a quick and efficient solution if your order is damaged in any way at no cost to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Return or exchange an order by courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) within 15 days of receipt. Applies to most products except accordions (see 10-Day Trial and Exchange Guarantee above).

Contact us by phone or email to obtain Return Authorization confirmation.  Upon receipt of RA, return the item including your original invoice with the package.  We recommend insuring valuable items and choose a service with tracking if possible. petosa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that were not shipped by us directly. Electronic instruments/products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges (to and from petosa) on returned items along with any applicable bank fees. If an item was financed through a third party, applicable fees may be deducted from the refund. A Return Authorization and proof of purchase from petosa is required (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or account purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
