NEW ACCORDIONS: New accordions include prorated shipping and insurance, so you never have to worry about the safety of your package.  New Hohner accordions (excludes Anacleto) ship with pre-paid shipping costs - if returned pre-paid shipping costs are non-refundable (to and from).  Shipping to non-continental US addresses will be calculated at checkout or provided at the time of order.  All shipments are certifiably packaged and insured.  We cover and handle all insurance claims for anything that we ship and will provide a quick and efficient solution if your order is damaged in any way at no cost to you.

CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED ACCORDIONS: all Certified Pre-owned accordions include prorated shipping to the continental United States.   Shipping to non-continental US addresses will be calculated at checkout or provided at the time of order.  All shipments are certifiably packaged and insured.  petosa accordions covers and handles all insurance claims for anything that we ship and will provide a quick and efficient solution if your order is damaged in any way at no cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: As a company that ships accordions and accessories worldwide, we understand that every country applies its own import customs and tariff costs depending on the product.  It is therefore the sole responsibility of the consignee for all applicable import brokerage, duty and taxes. It is recommended that this information is obtained from your local government agency in order to understand potential import costs (not included in purchase price).

UPS/FedEx/USPS Rate Increases
As you may already know, all carriers have increased their prices due to substantial demand increases. Our costs to ship to the eastern US have skyrocketed and shipping rates may fluctuate during holiday seasons. We attempt to reduce the burden by offering prorated shipping costs on many items, mainly valuable instruments. Similarly, all carriers are experiencing longer shipping durations and guaranteed delivery times are no longer guaranteed. All things considered, we maintain our promise to work with customers to ensure they receive the most accurate shipping information and pricing.

Shipping costs are a substantial overhead item for a small business like ours. Our website software will be mostly accurate based on the information provided, but calculations can sometimes be inaccurate for one reason or another.  If you would like to confirm shipping rates or if not provided at checkout, please contact us by phone or email and we will gladly assist you with a shipping quote.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Return or exchange an order by courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) within 15 days of receipt.  Items must be in original packaging and condition.  Excludes accordions (see 10-Day Trial & Certified Pre-owned Exchange Guarantee).

Contact us by phone or email to obtain Return Authorization confirmation.  Upon receipt of RA, return the item including your original invoice with the package.  We recommend insuring valuable items and choose a service with tracking if possible. petosa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that were not shipped by us directly. Electronic instruments/products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges (to and from petosa) on returned items along with any applicable bank fees. If an item was financed through a third party, applicable fees may be deducted from the refund. A Return Authorization and proof of purchase from petosa is required (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or account purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
