10-DAY TRIAL: Can’t get to our store to try out your next accordion? Don't worry, we have you covered. Our 10-day trial allows you to purchase a new petosa, Americana or Certified Pre-owned accordion and try it in the comfort of your own home for 10 days. Love it? Keep it...  Don’t love it? Send it back for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Trial applies to new in-stock petosa, Americana & Certified Pre-owned accordions (excludes Hohner accordions, in-store purchases, special or custom orders and electronic accordions & products). Any product with an additional requested alteration of the original offered condition voids the return policy.  Customer is responsible for returning the purchased items unused in its original condition and including all original packaging.  Return shipping costs are at the purchaser's expense. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Payment processing fees are not refundable (credit/debit card, PayPal, ShopPay, Financing etc.). Check or bank transfer payments do not incur a processing fee and therefore no fees apply at refund. If you wish to avoid processing fees in the event of a return, we encourage you to pay by check or bank transfer - feel free to reach out for more information. Items must be returned in new condition, without any wear from use. 

CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED TRADE GUARANTEE: We welcome you to trade your original purchase for an instrument of equal or greater value and receive 100% of the accordion’s original purchase value within 6 months of purchase date. We extend the trade guarantee to 1 year when trading up to a new petosa model of equal or greater value.  The 6-month trade-up guarantee is a single-use offer and applicable shipping/bank fees incurred from original purchase may be deducted from the allowance (banks do not refund these fees to the seller). Exchanges must be returned in relatively the same condition without any excessive use or wear. After the exchange period expires, depreciation will be applied to the trade-in and value will be appraised upon inspection.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Return or exchange an order by courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) within 15 days of receipt.  Items must be in original packaging and condition.  Excludes accordions (see 10-Day Trial & Certified Pre-owned Exchange Guarantee for policies applicable to accordion purchases).

Contact us by phone or email to obtain Return Authorization confirmation.  Upon receipt of RA, return the item including your original invoice with the package.  We recommend insuring valuable items and choose a service with tracking if possible. petosa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that were not shipped by us directly. Special orders and electronic instruments/products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges to and from petosa on returned items along with any applicable payment processing fees. If an item was financed through a third party, applicable fees may be deducted from the refund. A Return Authorization and proof of purchase from petosa is required (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or account purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
