Built in 1963, and beautifully maintained, this petosa AM-1200 is identical to the famous AM-1100, but with only 3 treble reeds (vs. 4 treble reeds in the AM-1100), the AM-1200 is built to perform and built to last. Guidobaldi handmade reeds, all mahogany construction, walnut all-wood keyboard, mahogany tone chamber (cassotto LM), mahogany reed blocks and genuine calf skin reed leathers are only some of the features which converge to make this an expressive and powerful instrument. While the original amplification has been removed, the grill controls have been preserved should the next owner wanted to update to a Harmonik amplification system while preserving the original aesthetic. Completely reconditioned and Certified with a 3 year warranty.
